Keep dozens of Google Ads accounts alive and safe Know which accounts need you today

AdPilot answers “which accounts need me today”, pre-checks every change against Google’s ad policies, and lets nothing touch an account until a person has approved it.

You work with it by chatting in Claude or ChatGPT, then approve changes and read the log on the ALFA web app.

AdPilot is read-only by default on the Google Ads accounts you connect — and once you turn on write access, every change is still a proposal waiting for your OK.

Start free on the Trial plan: no card, no waiting for ALFA to approve you — 200 tool calls and 20 Studio questions, to use whenever you like.

Let AI run Google Ads — you approve before it writes

Every change becomes a proposal; high-risk work waits for a person to click approve.

Nothing writes straight to Google

Every change becomes a proposal. High-risk work waits for a person to click approve.

Every apply goes into the log

Who approved, when, and how it turned out — including runs that failed or were blocked.

What AdPilot does

Three jobs AdPilot does, in order of importance

People running many accounts aren’t short of reporting tools. What they lack is knowing what’s broken right now, and how to change things without fear.

01

Which accounts need you today

Scans every account you manage and ranks the work by urgency: policy risk, stalled accounts, broken budgets, cost spikes, wasted search terms, unusual changes. If there’s nothing to do, it says so.

02

Check before you change

Every change is pre-checked against ad policies and against your own internal limits. Whatever it finds, it explains why, with a suggested fix.

03

Approve first, then touch — and undo

Propose → await approval → apply → undo. High-risk changes must be opened on the approval page and clicked by hand; the AI can’t approve itself. Every write leaves a trace, including blocked ones.

  1. Propose: AdPilot writes up the change, with its reasoning and risk level. Nothing has touched Google yet.
  2. Pre-check: Checked against ad policies, the limits you’ve set and the account’s actual state. A blocking error means the proposal can’t be applied.
  3. Approve: AdPilot stops here. Low risk: you agree in the chat. High risk: someone has to open the approval page and click — the AI can’t approve itself. If nobody approves within 24 hours, the proposal expires.
  4. Apply: The only place that writes to Google Ads. Reports the result item by item — if only part succeeds, it says exactly which items failed — and records it in the log.

Undo: Creates a reverse proposal and goes through the same apply door — there’s no separate shortcut. If the account has been changed since the apply, the rollback waits for approval like any proposal. Where something can’t be reversed, such as deleting a campaign, AdPilot says so.

AdPilot doesn’t propose things based on Google’s built-in recommendations. It looks at your account itself and always gives a reason for each suggestion.

How to use it

Two ways to use it

Inside the AI you already use

Add AdPilot as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT with a single address. You sign in once, and the AI only sees the tools you’re allowed to use. The reasoning runs on your own AI plan. See the steps.

On the ALFA platform Live

The route for people without a paid AI plan: open Studio right on the ALFA web app and chat with AdPilot there. ALFA buys the tokens, so this route is counted in questions: the trial comes with 20 questions, paid plans from 250 questions a month.

Both routes share one toolset and one approval gate. There’s no shortcut that skips the approval step.

Pricing

Try it free, then pay by how many accounts you manage

Every tier gets every tool, the approval gate and undo — tiers differ only in the number of accounts and how much you use. Prices are what you pay (the service is not subject to VAT) and are for one person: for teams, price and limits scale with headcount — see the pricing page for how.

PlanPrice per month · Google Ads accounts

Access

Why AdPilot needs access to Google Ads

AdPilot works directly on your Google Ads accounts, so it asks for access through Google’s consent screen. Below is every reason it needs that access — there is no other purpose.

PermissionWhat AdPilot uses it for
View accounts and data Reading campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, budgets, spend, approval status and change history — to build the list of things that need attention and to pre-check each change.
Edit and create Making exactly the changes you’ve approved: adding or removing keywords, adding negative keywords, adjusting budgets, pausing or re-enabling campaigns, creating and replacing text ads.
Delete Used for two things: removing what you asked to remove, and undo — putting the account back the way it was before a change was applied.

No change happens unless you approve it. Edit and delete access is only used after a real person has accepted that exact change. High-risk changes must also be approved on the website while signed in.

AdPilot can only touch the accounts your own Google account can already touch. It doesn’t widen its own access, and it doesn’t need you to invite us into your manager account.

You can revoke access at any time in the access settings of your Google Account. Once revoked, AdPilot can’t read anything any more.

How your data is used

  • Only to run the features you see on this page.
  • Not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing.
  • Not used to train AI models.
  • Ask us to delete it, and we delete it.

Approval screens

Approval screens that work by finger and by keyboard

Not every approver sits in front of a big screen with a mouse. The three points below are measurements, not a vague promise.

No button smaller than a fingertip

Across 6 screens of the web app, at three widths — 320 · 390 · 1440px: in 0 of 18 measurements was a standalone button or link shorter than 40px.

The first Tab skips the navigation

On all 6 screens, the first Tab press lands on a “Skip to content” link; Enter takes you straight into the main section. Every screen has one main heading for screen readers.

Every input has a name

51 inputs across 6 screens, 0 relying only on faint placeholder text — the kind that disappears as soon as you type the first character.

Measured on 28 September 2026 on the live version.

About ALFA

Where ALFA is today

AdPilot is built by ALFA Media Co., Ltd., a company that runs Google Ads campaigns itself. We built this tool for ourselves first, then opened it up to others.

The product has only just opened to customers. We haven’t put any client logos here, because there’s nothing to put yet — and making them up gets found out sooner or later.

To be clear about limits: AdPilot puts up guardrails and keeps a record of every action. It doesn’t take responsibility for your accounts in your place, and it doesn’t guarantee advertising results.
