Terms of use
Effective 12 October 2026 · Version 1.4
This is an English translation for convenience. The Vietnamese version is the legally binding version; if the two differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.
Version 1.4 compared with 1.3: sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 now also cover Meta Ads for when you connect Meta Ads; section 12 adds the address on the business registration certificate (the certificate has not yet been updated after the administrative-unit merger); AdPilot does not connect to Meta Ads yet. This version changes nothing for Google Ads and does not change prices or payment terms, so it is not a significant change under section 10. Version 1.3 compared with 1.2 (03/10/2026): section 6 adds how adding someone mid-period is charged — a surcharge for the days left in the period, instead of a full month. This change is in your favour, so it applies immediately.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or connecting ALFA AdPilot to your ad accounts (Google Ads; Meta Ads when available), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The service is provided by ALFA Media Co., Ltd. (Công ty TNHH ALFA Media — “ALFA”, “we”), Vietnam.
2. What the service is
AdPilot is a tool that helps you manage ad accounts on the platforms you connect (Google Ads; Meta Ads when available). It reads your account data, points out what needs attention, pre-checks changes, and carries out the changes you have approved.
You use AdPilot through your own AI (such as Claude or ChatGPT), or on the ALFA platform.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the activity of people you give access to.
- You must have the authority to act on the ad accounts you connect (Google Ads; Meta Ads when available).
4. Connecting ad platforms — where responsibility lies
AdPilot only makes a change after a real person has approved it. The person who approves is responsible for that change.
- AdPilot can only touch accounts your own Google account already has access to.
- When you connect Meta Ads, AdPilot can only touch ad accounts your own Meta account already has access to.
- The pre-check and the approval gate are tools that reduce risk, not guarantees. They can miss things.
- Complying with Google’s advertising policies remains your responsibility as the advertiser. AdPilot warns you about what it detects, and does not take responsibility in your place if an account is restricted or suspended.
- When you connect Meta Ads, complying with Meta’s advertising policies is also your responsibility, in the same way as above.
- You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account.
- If you have connected Meta Ads, how to remove access is set out in the data deletion instructions.
5. Permitted use
You must not:
- Use the service to break the law, or to breach Google’s terms.
- When you connect Meta Ads: use the service to breach Meta’s terms.
- Access Google Ads accounts you have no authority over.
- Access Meta Ads accounts you have no authority over.
- Try to get around the limits, the approval gate, or any other control in the service.
- Probe, scan, or overload the system.
- Resell your account, or share it with others, without an agreement with us.
6. Plans, payment and limits
- Each plan comes with a tool-call allowance: paid plans are monthly, and the trial is a one-time allowance. Failed calls are not counted.
- Limits depend on your plan — including the number of Google Ads accounts you can manage, Studio questions and tool calls. Each plan’s limits are shown on the pricing page and in the members area. The number of MCCs you connect is unlimited on every plan.
- When you hit a limit, the service tells you clearly and suggests what to do, rather than silently stopping.
- Changes to price or limits that are unfavourable to a paid plan: at least 30 days’ notice, and the current period is not affected.
- The trial plan’s limits may change without notice — it is free.
- Changes in your favour (higher limits, lower prices): apply immediately.
- Plans are billed by period. If you cancel mid-period, the period you paid for keeps running until it ends — you get the full period, we don’t charge for the next one, and the rest of the period is not refunded pro rata. The trial is free and doesn’t expire, so you can try the service before paying anything.
- Adding people mid-period: the surcharge is based on the number of days left in the period and added to your next renewal invoice; if you don’t renew, it isn’t charged. People who leave the organisation mid-period are not refunded.
- We refund in two cases: ALFA terminates your service while you have not breached section 5 — we refund the unused part of the period; or ALFA charged you wrongly, including duplicate charges and charges for the wrong plan — we refund exactly the wrongly charged part. Make the request to the address in section 12.
- VAT invoices are issued under Vietnamese regulations when you request them.
7. No guarantee of results
The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise that using AdPilot will improve advertising performance, reduce costs, or prevent an account from being restricted.
We depend on the Google Ads API. When Google changes, limits or interrupts the API, some features may stop working for reasons outside our control.
When you connect Meta Ads, we also depend on the Meta Marketing API, and the same applies when Meta changes, limits or interrupts that API.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ALFA’s liability to you — on any basis — will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months immediately before the event occurred.
We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data held outside our systems.
These terms do not exclude any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the service at any time by revoking access and asking us to delete your account.
- Cancelling a plan mid-period: the current period is handled under section 6 — it stays usable until it ends, and is not refunded pro rata.
- We may suspend an account that breaches section 5, and will state the reason.
- After termination, data is handled under the Privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
When there’s a significant change, we update the date at the top of this page and notify current customers by email before the change takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved by a competent court in Vietnam, after both sides have negotiated in good faith.
