Nothing writes straight to Google
Every change becomes a proposal. High-risk work waits for a person to click approve.
ALFA Software / AdPilot for Google Ads
AdPilot reads the Google Ads accounts you manage, shows which ones need you today and drafts the changes. Changes reach Google Ads only after someone approves them.
No card, no waiting for ALFA to approve you. The Trial plan: 200 tool calls and 20 Studio questions.
Running live on ALFA’s own Google Ads accounts. 91 tools · 14 groups.
Every change becomes a proposal. High-risk work waits for a person to click approve.
Who approved, when, and how it turned out — including runs that failed or were blocked.
How it works
In Claude, ChatGPT, or Studio on the ALFA web app. Connect AdPilot to your AI. In Studio you can attach an image to a question; the image is used for that question only, and AdPilot keeps it for up to 24 hours only if you tick the box.
With a reason and a risk level, checked against ad policy and the limits you set.
High-risk changes need someone to click approve on the web; applied changes can still be undone.
Running Meta ads too? AdPilot for Meta Ads is a separate edition with its own toolset, the same approval gate and the same ALFA account. Coming soon
What AdPilot does
Scans every account you manage and ranks the work by urgency: policy risk, stalled accounts, broken budgets, cost spikes, wasted search terms, unusual changes. If there’s nothing to do, it says so.
Every change is pre-checked against ad policies and against your own internal limits. For anything it flags, it explains why and suggests a fix.
Propose → await approval → apply → undo. High-risk changes must be approved by hand on the approval page; the AI can’t approve itself. Every write leaves a trace, including blocked ones.
What stops ads from running: suspended accounts, money running out, spend drifting from plan, disapproved ads.
Status is read from the saved account list, so it shows straight away. The other cells come from today’s scan: click “Scan again now” to read fresh data: each click counts as 1 call against the organisation’s daily cap, not its monthly call allowance. The automatic daily scan and listing the accounts in your MCC don’t count.
Create Search, Performance Max, Display and Demand Gen campaigns through review; a multi-tab campaign manager with in-cell edits of names, budgets and bids, and bulk on/off.
AdPilot doesn’t base its proposals on Google’s built-in recommendations. It analyses your account itself and gives a reason for every proposal.
Pricing
Every plan gets every tool, the approval gate and undo — plans differ only in the number of accounts and how much you use. Prices are what you pay (the service is not subject to VAT) and are for one person: for teams, price and limits scale with headcount — see the pricing page for how.
| Plan | Price per month · Google Ads accounts |
|---|---|
| AdPilot · Trial | US$0, no card needed · 1 account |
| AdPilot · Starter | US$19 (billed as VND 490,000) · up to 3 accounts |

| AdPilot · Unlimited | US$149 (billed as VND 3,900,000) · unlimited accounts |
US$ prices are converted from the VND price at 1 USD = VND 26,100 (Vietcombank selling rate, 9 Oct 2026). You are billed in VND..
Common questions
A newly linked account is read-only by default; an owner or approver must allow changes for each account separately. AdPilot doesn’t write directly: every change goes through a proposal you approve.
Undo: Creates a reverse proposal and goes through the same apply step — there’s no separate shortcut. If the account has been changed since the apply, the rollback waits for approval like any proposal. Where something can’t be reversed, such as deleting a campaign, AdPilot says so.
The exception: some low-risk undos approve themselves, because they roll back a change you already approved.
No. If you have an AI plan, add AdPilot as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT — the reasoning runs on your own plan. If not, open Studio on the ALFA web app: ALFA pays for the reasoning, so Studio is counted in questions; the number per plan is in the pricing above.
AdPilot works directly on your Google Ads accounts, so it asks for access through Google’s consent screen. Below is every reason it needs that access — there is no other purpose.
| Permission | What AdPilot uses it for |
|---|---|
| View accounts and data | Reading campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, budgets, spend, approval status and change history — to build the list of things that need attention and to pre-check each change. |
| Edit and create | Making exactly the changes you’ve approved: adding or removing keywords, adding negative keywords, adjusting budgets, pausing or re-enabling campaigns, creating and replacing text ads, and creating new campaigns, ad groups and assets (new campaigns always start paused). |
| Delete | Used for two things: removing what you asked to remove, and undo — putting the account back the way it was before a change was applied. |
AdPilot can only touch the accounts your own Google account can already touch. It doesn’t widen its own access, and it doesn’t need you to invite us into your manager account.
You can revoke access at any time in the access settings of your Google Account. Once revoked, AdPilot can’t read anything anymore.

About ALFA
AdPilot is built by ALFA Media Co., Ltd., a company that runs Google Ads campaigns itself. We built this tool for ourselves first, then opened it up to others.
To be clear about limits: AdPilot puts up guardrails and keeps a record of every action. It doesn’t take responsibility for your accounts in your place, and it doesn’t guarantee advertising results.
