ALFA Software / AdPilot for Meta Ads Coming soon
ALFA AdPilot for Meta Ads is the AdPilot edition for Meta ad accounts. It reviews the accounts you manage, reports, breaks down figures, tracks budget pacing and ad policy status, makes recommendations — and changes accounts through the approval gate, like the Google edition.
It is running for real on ALFA’s own ad accounts, the full loop: read, propose, approve, apply, undo. It is not on sale yet and not taking payments. Customers outside ALFA can’t link Meta accounts until Meta approves the app.
Live · reads
You click Connect Meta on the Connections page, sign in with Facebook Login for Business, then choose the Business Manager and the ad accounts AdPilot may access. AdPilot keeps the access token of the system user Meta creates for the connection, encrypted at rest. You link or unlink each account on that same page. A newly linked account is read-only; for AdPilot to propose changes, the organisation owner or an approver clicks “Allow changes” for that account. Each linked account has a Quick report: spend, impressions and clicks for the last 7 days, read live from Meta.
Everything below only reads the account: nothing is changed on Meta. Figures always come with a period, the account’s time zone and a currency. Where something can’t be read, AdPilot says there is no data instead of showing 0.
Reviews every linked account and sorts to-dos by urgency: restricted accounts, disapproved ads, spending limits about to run out, unusual jumps in yesterday’s spend. No to-dos means it says so.
One overview table across many accounts, campaign, ad set and ad performance, a daily report, and which pixels have gone quiet while running ad sets still optimize for them.
Spend and results by age and gender, region, device and placement. Breakdown figures are Meta’s estimates, and AdPilot labels them that way.
Whether the account is restricted and why, which ads are disapproved, have issues or are pending review — each list kept separate. Meta’s review feedback is kept word for word.
How much has been spent this month against plan, the deviation in percent, an end-of-month projection, and the account’s billing status.
Four kinds computed by AdPilot: spend with no results, fatigued ads, good ad sets held back by budget, ad sets stuck in learning. The thresholds are AdPilot’s, not Meta’s. Nothing worth recommending comes back empty.
You use these by chatting in your own AI app, just like AdPilot for Google Ads. The addresses to connect are on the Connect AI page.
Live · changes
AdPilot never writes straight to Meta. The AI only proposes; what it can propose:
Every proposal goes through four steps:
Different on purpose from the Google edition: AdPilot doesn’t delete your campaigns, ad sets or ads.
Why AdPilot
Built for agencies: one pass over every account you manage, one overview table, and finding a client by name. An account that fails to read is listed separately and doesn’t break the run.
Ask and get answers in Vietnamese or English. Money stays in each account’s own currency, never summed across currencies.
No tool writes directly: the AI proposes, a person approves, then it is applied — and it can be undone. The same approval gate as the Google edition.
A rule set of the Meta edition’s own spots finance and crypto signals in names, links and ad text; for ad sets targeting the US, Canada and Europe it also checks the special ad category and targeting. Proposals that touch ads or targeting are checked as they are built. The account-wide scan currently reads campaign names only, not links or ad text.
Pricing
The same tiers as the Google edition, with each tier’s limits matching the Google tier of the same name. Meta is priced lower because the first release has fewer tools; the price rises to match Google once the Meta edition is complete, and early customers keep their price. The service is not subject to VAT.

About ALFA
AdPilot is built by ALFA Media Co., Ltd., a company that runs ad accounts itself. The Meta edition is running for real on ALFA’s own accounts before it goes on sale. We haven’t put a launch date here: a date we aren’t sure of doesn’t get published.
The Meta edition is a separate server but shares the ALFA account with the Google edition: it is already in the same member area, under Connect AI.
