US$ prices are converted from the VND price at 1 USD = VND 26,100 (Vietcombank selling rate, 9 Oct 2026). You are billed in VND by bank transfer. We don’t take international cards yet — contact us to buy a paid plan and we’ll sort out the payment with you.
Connect as many MCCs as you like (an MCC is a Google Ads manager account). AdPilot lists every account under an MCC — listing is free and doesn’t count against your limits.
Only the accounts you choose to manage count against your limit. Closed Google accounts don’t count.
Teams. A one-person account pays the plan price. Once a second person accepts an invitation, the price and all four limits — including the number of Google Ads accounts — scale with headcount: every person from the second one adds a percentage of the plan (last row of the comparison table below). Limits go up as soon as that person joins. Someone who joins mid-period is charged for the days left in the period, added to your next renewal invoice. Remove someone and the limits drop accordingly; people who leave mid-period aren’t refunded. The trial isn’t priced per person.

A bundle’s account and call limits apply separately on each platform: the number on the card is for Google Ads, and Meta Ads gets the same again.
Every plan gets every AdPilot tool, the approval gate and undo — no plan has any of that cut. Add as many people to your organisation as you like — price and limits scale with headcount, see “Teams” above. Paid by bank transfer. AdPilot is read-only by default on the Google Ads accounts you connect — you turn on write access yourself when you’re ready.
The MCP route runs inside your own AI app, so it follows that app’s terms — some apps only allow custom connectors on a paid plan. Check your app’s documentation before you buy (for example Claude’s custom connector guide). No paid AI plan? Use Studio on the ALFA web app — ALFA pays for the tokens.
Undo: Creates a reverse proposal and goes through the same apply step — there’s no separate shortcut. If the account has been changed since the apply, the rollback waits for approval like any proposal. Where something can’t be reversed, such as deleting a campaign, AdPilot says so.
The unit
Each time the AI calls an ALFA tool and gets a result back, that’s one call. Reading a report is one call. Proposing a change is one call. Applying it after you approve is another.
One ALFA call isn’t one Google API call. A question like “which accounts need me today” can make ALFA run dozens of queries against Google — and it still counts as one call. We count the work you ask for, not how many times our servers have to talk to Google. When comparing with pricing based on API calls, remember that a unit here is much broader.
The call allowance belongs to the organisation, not to each person or each account. The whole team shares one allowance; whether you manage three accounts or thirty, it’s the same allowance, spent however you like.
Because on this route ALFA isn’t the one paying for the inference. When you use AdPilot inside your own AI (such as Claude or ChatGPT), the “AI thinking” runs on that AI company’s servers, and your AI plan already pays for it. ALFA only receives tool calls and does the work with Google Ads.
Charging for tokens on top of that would be charging for something we didn’t pay for — and ALFA can’t measure it anyway: a tool call doesn’t carry the number of tokens used on the other side. The route where ALFA actually buys tokens is Studio, and it has its own limit — see the Studio card.
Not to protect our money — a call costs ALFA less than a cent. It protects the Google quota everyone shares. The API access ALFA has is metered by Google per day and shared across all customers, not per customer.
Without a daily cap, one account burning through a month’s allowance in an afternoon would ruin the day for every other customer — people who did nothing wrong. The daily cap hits before the period cap: a runaway job is stopped for that day, and the monthly allowance is still there for the days after.
Because that’s a number you know before you buy. Calls per month are hard to predict; the number of client accounts you’re running you can count right now. Choosing a plan by it means choosing by something you can be sure of.
Only accounts you choose to manage count. However many accounts AdPilot finds in your MCC doesn’t matter, and closed Google accounts don’t count either — see the line just below the price table.
Studio is the route for people without a paid AI plan: chat with AdPilot on the ALFA web app. There, ALFA is the one buying tokens.
Studio is live. The trial includes 20 questions, one-time, with no refill. Paid plans start at 250 questions a month — see each plan in the price table.
Please read this
This is where people tend to get surprised with other tools, so we’ll say it up front.
| Action | Counts against your limits? |
|---|---|
| Failed calls — network errors, Google errors, expired tokens | doesn’t count You don’t pay for something that didn’t run. |
| Viewing the approval queue, reading the log, opening an approval page | doesn’t count That’s ALFA’s interface, not a Google call. |
| Signing in, connecting Google Ads accounts, granting access | doesn’t count |
| Viewing invoices, changing billing details, viewing commissions | doesn’t count |
| Adding people to your organisation | doesn’t count Adding people doesn’t use up your limits — it raises them. Price does scale with headcount: see “Teams” under the price table. |
| A proposal you reject | 1 call Creating the proposal really ran. Applying it doesn’t count, because it never happened. |
| Reading data, proposing, applying, undoing | 1 call each |
| Clicking Approve and apply now on the web | not charged to the period allowance · counts 1 call toward the daily cap Building the proposal was already charged, so it isn’t charged twice. The daily cap still counts it, because the daily cap protects the shared Google quota rather than billing you. |
| Calls stopped by the daily cap | doesn’t count Blocked means it didn’t run, so it isn’t counted. The cap refills the next morning. |
| Running on ALFA’s Studio | 1 question Counted against your plan’s question limit — see above. A question that gets no answer isn’t counted. |
Limits have been actively enforced since 23 September 2026. Before that, the numbers sat in the plans but nobody was counting; now the system reserves a call before running it and settles it once it finishes. So the rules in the table above aren’t a promise — they’re what’s running: failed calls are given back, calls stopped by the cap itself don’t move the counter, and both leave a trace in the log for you to check.
Hit the daily cap and it refills the next morning, and the screen tells you exactly when. Run out of the period allowance and it tells you when the next period starts. On Starter or Agency there’s a higher plan to move up to; on Unlimited there’s nothing higher, and then we’ll tell you plainly to wait rather than offer you something that doesn’t exist.
Payment
Today: bank transfer in VND. International cards are not available yet.
Order a plan in the members area and the system issues a payment order with its own payment code. Put the payment code shown with your order (for example HD2026000013 — no dashes) in the transfer description. When the money arrives, the system matches it by the payment code and activates your plan; the Invoices page updates by itself.
Each order has a pay-by date shown on the invoice. Once it has passed, don’t transfer against that invoice — order the plan again to get a new invoice and payment code. Ordered the wrong plan? Click “Cancel this order” in the Invoices area, before you transfer.
International cards aren’t supported yet. If you’re outside Vietnam, contact us and we’ll work out the payment with you.
Each order gets an e-invoice. To put a company name, tax ID and address on it, enter them in the members area before you transfer or within 2 hours after the money arrives. ALFA issues it once the full amount has arrived.
Nothing entered? The invoice goes to the generic buyer — individuals and household businesses without a tax ID leave that field blank. Vietnamese invoices follow Vietnamese law.
The price in the table is what you actually pay. Nothing gets added at the last step. ALFA AdPilot is a software service that isn’t subject to VAT, so the invoice shows that whole amount as the service price, with no VAT line — for example the Agency plan at VND 1,490,000 is invoiced at VND 1,490,000.
An e-invoice is still issued — it simply has no VAT line.
Questions before or after you pay: support@alfasoftwares.com. We refund in two cases — ALFA ends your service while you have not breached the terms, or ALFA charged you wrongly. The rest of a paid period is not refunded pro rata. Details: refund policy.
Affiliate programme
Every account with a product already has a referral link — no separate sign-up, no contract to sign up front.
For life, not just the first period. Every month a customer you referred renews, you earn on it. On the Agency plan at VND 1,490,000 that’s VND 298,000 a month per customer, for as long as they stay.
Commission is earned when the customer pays an invoice in full. A part payment doesn’t count yet. Every commission entry leaves a trace in the log — who, when, and for which order.
A person answers, not a form. Asking before you pay is perfectly normal.
