Later, the shelf opens to products from outside ALFA
Today the shelf only holds products ALFA built itself. The goal is a shelf where anyone who builds tools for their own line of work can sell them here, sharing the account, payment, invoicing and approval-gate layers that already exist.
But that has to be earned, not chosen. ALFA has set itself a gate: no infrastructure for outside sellers until at least three of ALFA’s own products are running for real. Building a marketplace before there’s anything to sell is selling seats in a market nobody has walked into yet.
