Connect AdPilot to your AI
One address for everyone, sign in with your ALFA account. You don’t need to sign in to read this page.
Address
Pick an address
All three point to the same server; they differ in how far the AI app is allowed to go. Not sure? Pick the first one.
No token needed — see below for why.
Full
Read, create proposals, and apply. High-risk changes still need a person to approve them on the web.
View + propose
Read and create proposals; the AI can’t apply anything on its own.
View only
The AI can see your accounts, but can’t propose or change anything.
The MCP route runs inside your own AI app, so it follows that app’s terms — some apps only allow custom connectors on a paid plan. Check your app’s documentation before you buy (for example Claude’s custom connector guide).
No paid AI plan? Use Studio right on the ALFA web app — ALFA pays for the tokens.
Pasted the Full address and can still only view? That isn’t a bug. The real level for each call is the lowest of four things: the permission you gave the AI app · the address you’re using · your organisation’s maximum level in Guardrails · the plan you’re on. The most common case: your organisation set a Guardrails maximum below the address you pasted — then the Guardrails level wins.
How it connects
There’s no token to hunt for
Many MCP servers hand you a link with a token already baked in — paste it and you’re done. AdPilot doesn’t work that way — if you’re looking for a token string, there isn’t one.
One address for everyone
Everyone pastes the same address. It carries nothing that’s yours.
Paste, then sign in
The AI app opens ALFA’s sign-in screen. Sign in, then pick your organisation.
Access is tied to your account
Not to a string in a link — so pasting the address somewhere public loses you nothing. You can revoke each app separately, and the log knows who called what.
Tested for real
Apps we’ve connected and tested
- Claude.ai tested
- Claude for desktop tested
- ChatGPT tested
With Claude
-
Open Settings → Connectors
On Claude.ai: claude.ai/settings/connectors. In Claude for desktop: Settings → Connectors inside the app.
-
Click Add custom connector
A dialog opens asking for a name and an address.
-
Name: you type it yourself
Claude doesn’t take the name from the server — the name field starts empty, and waiting for it to fill itself in means waiting forever. Type something easy to recognise, for example
ALFA AdPilot. -
Paste the address
One of the three addresses above.
-
Connect, then sign in to ALFA
ALFA’s sign-in screen appears. Sign in, then pick your organisation. No account yet? Sign up first — it’s free.
-
Done — ask it something
Ask about your ad accounts the way you’d ask a person — five questions to start with are right below.
With ChatGPT
We tested ChatGPT with its Vietnamese interface, so the button names below describe what each one does; the exact English labels may differ slightly.
-
Open the plugins page and click Add
The Add button is in the top right corner. A dialog for creating an MCP app opens.
-
Name: you type it yourself
Type
ALFA AdPilot. The icon and description are optional, and ChatGPT doesn’t take them from the server — leaving them blank is fine; if you want an icon, upload a PNG yourself, up to 10 KB. -
Connection: choose server URL
Not Tunnel. Paste one of the three addresses above.
-
Authentication: choose OAuth
So ChatGPT opens ALFA’s sign-in screen — there’s no token to paste.
-
Read the warning, then tick the confirmation box
The dialog carries a red high risk label and makes you tick an “I understand and want to continue” box before you can create it. Why that warning is right, and how AdPilot answers it — just below.
-
Create, then sign in to ALFA
Sign in, pick your organisation. Done — try a question.
AdPilot just added tools your AI app can’t see yet? The tool list is fetched when you connect, so new tools only show up after you reconnect. In Claude: open Settings → Connectors, disconnect ALFA AdPilot, then connect it again.
ChatGPT will warn you — and the warning is right. It says an untrusted MCP server could take information you share, or trick the AI into using tools you didn’t intend, including changing or deleting data. That’s true of MCP in general — do read it.
AdPilot doesn’t answer with a promise, but with a mechanism:
- No tool writes straight to Google Ads. The AI can only create proposals; a proposal hasn’t touched the account yet.
- A person agrees before anything is applied. A proposal nobody approves expires on its own after 24 hours.
- High-risk changes must be clicked on the ALFA web app, while signed in — no AI can approve them on your behalf, ChatGPT included.
- Anything applied can still be undone, and AdPilot says clearly which parts can’t be restored.
- Still uneasy? Paste the View only address — the AI can look, but can’t propose or change anything.
Try it now
Ask it something
Copy a question and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT. Wherever it says client X, put in your client’s name.
What needs doing today?
Which accounts have stalled?
Clean up wasted search terms for client X
Is client X’s budget pacing fast or slow this month?
Which campaigns are performing well but limited by budget?
Beyond these
Other AI apps
AdPilot uses MCP, an open protocol — so in principle any app that supports MCP can connect. But we only list apps we’ve actually connected and tested on a machine, because the path through the documentation and the path through a real machine are two different paths.
Being tested: Cursor, Claude Code. Using another app and want us to test it first? Write to us.
