Data deletion instructions

ALFA AdPilot is operated by ALFA MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED (Tax ID 4500659694), Lô 60, Khu quy hoạch giống thủy sản An Hải, thôn Hòa Thạnh, xã Phước Dinh, Tỉnh Khánh Hòa (registered address, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam); on the business registration certificate: Lô 60 Khu quy hoạch giống thủy sản An Hải, thôn Hòa Thạnh, xã An Hải, huyện Ninh Phước, tỉnh Ninh Thuận (before the 2025 administrative-unit merger).

This page has two parts of equal standing, one for each ad platform you connect: Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook).

Data we store when you connect Google Ads

  • Your Google account identifier and the email you connect with.
  • The Google Ads accounts you have access to and allow ALFA AdPilot to use.
  • The authorization token issued by Google, stored encrypted.
  • Cached Google Ads data used to answer questions and build reports, kept for at most 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Conversations on the ALFA platform: 90 days after the last message of the conversation, then deleted automatically.
  • A log of the proposals and changes you approved in ALFA AdPilot.

How to request deletion

Option 1: Disconnect inside ALFA AdPilot. Open the AdPilot app → Connections → “Disconnect Google”. The token is deleted from AdPilot immediately, and AdPilot can no longer read any ad account through that connection.

Option 2: Revoke access at Google. Go to the access management page of your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions), select ALFA AdPilot and remove its access. Access is revoked immediately.

Option 3: Email us. Email admin@alfamedia.vn from the email address registered with your ALFA account, with the subject “ALFA AdPilot data deletion request”. Include your organization name or Google Ads account ID. We confirm within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

After deletion

The token, account list and cached data are deleted from our systems. We retain only: the log of proposals and changes you approved, for 24 months (needed for audit and undo, then deleted automatically); and records that Vietnamese law requires us to keep, such as payment invoices, for the legally required period. Deleting your data in ALFA AdPilot does not delete your campaigns or ad accounts on Google Ads.

Meta Ads (Facebook)

Data we store when you connect your Meta account

  • Your Meta user ID and display name.
  • The ad accounts you authorize ALFA AdPilot to access.
  • The access token issued by Meta, stored encrypted.
  • Cached advertising metrics used to generate reports.
  • A log of the proposals and changes you approved in ALFA AdPilot.

How to request deletion

Option 1: Remove ALFA AdPilot from Facebook. Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select ALFA AdPilot and click Remove. Access is revoked immediately, and we delete the related data within 30 days.

Option 2: Email us. Email admin@alfamedia.vn from the email address registered with your ALFA account, with the subject “ALFA AdPilot data deletion request”. Include your account name or Meta user ID. We confirm within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

After deletion

Access tokens, the authorized ad account list and cached metrics are deleted from our systems. We retain only: the log of proposals and changes you approved, for 24 months (needed for audit and undo, then deleted automatically); and records that Vietnamese law requires us to keep, such as payment invoices, for the legally required period. Deleting your data in ALFA AdPilot does not delete your campaigns or ad accounts on Meta.
